Another Marriage and thr birth mother to Jacob is Elizabeth Gastelli

Note: Christian Blauch ( note spelling difference) came to America with his 4 children, his brother Hans ( John ) Blauch and his children. They emigrated to America on the ship "The Brotherhood" with Capt. John Thomson, via Rotterdam, landing at Philadelphia on 3 November 1750. ( on file in Div. of Public Records, Pa. State Archives, Harrisburg, PA). There were 300 passengers on board, 118 of them being heads of households or males over 15 years of age. Christian Blauch is said to have come from the Canton of Berne, Switzerland. He & his brother Hans both signed their names in German script (W.H. Egle, "History of the Counties of Dauphin & Lebanon, pg 331.)

Emigrated to Philadelphia, PA on 11/3/1750 Buried on farm. On November 7, 1761, Christina Blaugh bought, from Thomas and Richard Penn, 171.5 acres in Lebanon,
Twp, Lancaster Cnty., PA. The farm was later known as Barnhart, Lessly and Br
ght farm. Tax returns for Lebanon twp, Lancaster Cnty., PA in 1771, 1772, 177
, and 1782 list Christian Blough being assesed for 160 or 170 acres, 3 or 4 ho
ses adn 4 or 6 cows. There is a small burial ground on this farm and it is her
that the early Bloughs were buried. (Along with family friends - the Barnhar
and the Haldermans).
